All UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Dear Customers

For international shipping, regardless of the value of the order, you will be responsible for the payment of all related taxes and duties. We have no control of this as your package is subject to assessment of duties and taxes imposed by your country's government. This amount will be usually billed to you by our International courier, DHL, UPS or DPD. OrciD'or is not responsible for payment of these duties and or taxes.

All European & International orders will be shipped by DPD

Our Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with our product, please see below on how to return a faulty/damaged good. We encourage all our customers to provide feedback as this helps us improve our service.

Orcidor's Return Policy

Orcidor's accepts returns of item purchases within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Item

If you receive any items which are damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us via the email address or telephone number below within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
